So What Happens?
The day will be focussed around four key questions , two to be decided by us and two to be suggested and voted on by anyone who visits the Flash Conference site before June 17 2011 . Go over to The Questions page to find out more.
On the day of the conference each question will serve as a provocation for a series of carefully curated speakers to offer their own brief two minute response, spawning a series of open-table discussions that anyone is welcome to contribute to.
Laced through the day will also be performances and workshops that relate to the conference’s key subjects. We’ll also be working with the brilliant theatre company Slung Low to create an innovative series of longer dialogues can be tuned in to at any time of the day via sets of wireless headphones available in the space.
And of course one of the most important elements of the whole event will be the Flash Conference website , where anyone can upload their own responses to the questions the event is exploring. We’ll also be uploading every live response straight to the website and have live-tweeters at every discussion so people anywhere can follow what’s going and contribute in real time.
